Hiring Process

Thank you for considering 3 Key Consulting.  Here are some helpful details about our application and hiring process.

Conducting a job search. Take some time to search our current job opportunities, sign up for job alerts and apply for a position. You may search by title, location or keywords and save your searches.

Applying online.  Once you’ve found a position you’re interested in, join our talent community and submit your application online.  Once you’ve submitted your application, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Next, one of our recruiters will review your application and reach out to you by phone if we need more information. If our recruiter and hiring manager believe that you might be a good fit for the position, we’ll contact you for an interview.

Coming in for an interview.  As an interview candidate, you’ll meet with the hiring manager, and you may be asked to meet with other members of the hiring committee. The hiring team or recruiter will contact you directly if you are selected for interview. We want you to be successful, so we’ve put together some recommendations in the Interview Tips section, below.

Receiving an offer.  If you are selected to be hired or for an offer, the recruiter will contact you as to next steps and the onboarding process.
