The outcome of exceeding client needs resulted in 655% top-line growth by the end of our third year of operations. This is how our company started.
Beginning with a significantly large professional network, 3 Key began recruiting industry leaders and subject matter experts in the context of its business model which relies heavily on the concept of a “professional neighborhood”, built on handshakes and relationships, where there is long-term value and trust.
3 Key’s business model utilized the expertise of its professional network to provide referrals and consultation support to expand and enhance the founder’s own experience and expertise. When 3 Key’s doors opened, over four hundred industry leaders and subject matter experts were tied into our business model, bringing 3 Key the depth of knowledge and the reach of major consulting firms without the layers of overhead. 3 Key’s network includes, experts in several IT specialties, industries and disciplines.
Today 3 Key Consulting is now in its 8th year and has grown its strategic partnerships throughout the U.S. and Asia with over 20 active clients and MSPs supported by over 35 employees.
